Steps 1-4: From Ordering To Slicing

1. You Submit a Job Order
Collect all your files (i.e. multi-layered Photoshop or Fireworks, font files and instructions) and compress them using WinZIP, WinRAR or 7-Zip. Fill up the New Job Order Form and don't forget to attach your compressed file. Hit the Submit button we'll get back to you within the next 24 hours.

2. We Send You an Invoice
Before we send you the Invoice, we will have to check that we received your files in good condition and see to it that we understand your instructions correctly. If not, we'll contact you for clarifications using the email address you provided.

3. You Pay the Down Payment
We will email you the Payment Request Link for the 50% down payment via 2Checkout.com, our outsourced vendor solution. Please be reminded that we will only consider the Job Order once we have received the payment confirmation email from 2Checkout.com.

4. We Slice Your Design
Once we have a confirmed down payment, we will email you to mark the beginning of the duration you ordered (the 1, 3, 5 days turnaround). This happens first thing in the morning Philippine Time. So, for 1-day turnaround orders, we will email you the demo link at the end of the business day.
