1. What is XHTMLSlicers.com?

   XHTMLSlicers.com is a where you can hire freelance web designers and web developers from the Philippines.

2. How many staff do you have?

   At the moment, we have three full-time web developers who can work on your template.

Slicing Service

1. What exactly is your service?

   In a nutshell, we do the coding of XHTML and CSS for you. In order to do that, you will have to send us your design files in Photoshop PSD or Fireworks PNG formats.

2. Can you keep the deadline?

   Yes. We can assure you that we can deliver the resulting web page on time because we have set limits in order to guarantee the quality of our service.

3. What do you need to slice my template?

   The most important file is your unflattened design template (i.e. with all the individual layers intact). Also, please include a text file containing your instructions on how to slice your design and things

4. How do I send you my template?

   Please use our Job Order Form. It includes a file upload field that you use to send us your files. Please ZIP all your files before sending as we provided only one (1) file upload field.

5. How will you send me my web page?

   Once you are satisfied with the resulting webpage, we will send you a private link where you can download the compressed files in ZIP format. Also, your Customer Account has a link to all your previous orders.

6. Do you backup my files after I downloaded them?

   Yes. But we do not promise to keep the backup longer than one (1) year.

7. Do you return my templates?

   Yes. And with the slices in them so that you can export optimized images on your own if you want to.

8. How do you validate XHTML and CSS?

   We use the Markup Validation Service and the CSS Validation Service from W3C.

9. Can you redesign my current site?

   No. At least for next few months. However, we would like to refer you to Wired Logic I.T. Solutions. Another web design and development company from the Philippines. They can help you with custom web design, PHP/MySQL web applications programming and AJAX programming.

Billing & Payments

1. How do I pay you?

   Our outsourced vendor solution is 2Checkout.com. The payment requestion link will be sent to you after we have reviewed your Job Order.

2. Do you accept PayPal?

   No. PayPal is not yet available in the Philippines.

3. Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

   Only the 50% of the price you selected. The remaining 50% will be billed when you want to get the web page we sliced.
